Dr. Limon, one of the best case competition coaches in the world, will conduct 7-day training about Coaching Best Practices and provide Tips and techniques for Case Solving to our participants.

Day 1: Introductory meeting for participants
Topics to be covered:
– What to expect during the next days?
– What is the business case competition?
– Basics of Case solving
Day 2: Training session for the coaches
Topics to be covered:
– What is the coaching about: tricks and hints?
– How to build the team?
– Typical agenda and training curriculum
On the 7th of May, Dr. Limon will provide a Demo business case to be solved by the teams and presented on the 9th of May. Solutions must be submitted by midnight 8th of May. Only 4 teams will be selected for the pitching. All the details will be provided during the workshop.
Day 3: General Session for the students
Topics to be covered:
– How to read & solve cases and how to pitch solution?
– How to answer the resulting questions?
– Templates and frameworks for case solving
Day 4: Solution pitching session for the students
What to expect:
– Team pitching (4 teams)
– Feedback session
– Closing remarks
